Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:
As our Digital Marketing lead, you’ll be the mastermind behind developing and executing digital marketing campaigns with 3 key deliverables 
 
• Generating leads
• Increasing brand awareness
• Content writing
 
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and digital marketing expertise. Get ready to don multiple hats and maybe even a cape!
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement through a mix of agencies the digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the target audience and identify marketing opportunities.
 
• Executing:
• Content Management: Create and manage compelling content across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and the company website.
• Paid Advertising: Execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
• Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
 
• Coordination:
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop impactful content and create visually appealing social media posters.
• Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors to ensure SEO and social media marketing activities are executed accurately and on time.
• Brand Consistency: Collaborate with other agencies to ensure a cohesive brand message.
 
• Other Responsibilities
Reporting: Generate reports to communicate marketing performance and ROI to stakeholders.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
 
 
Requirements:
• Educational Background: A master’s degree in marketing communications or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Content Creation: Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and content management systems (CMS).
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Multitasking Ability: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach. Skills and Competencies:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in branding and digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
